Microsoft has been pushing the limits for their Lumia brand recently (in terms of price) and just last week, the Lumia 430 was introduced. That brought Windows Phone to a whole new level being only priced at $70 before taxes and subsidies. Besides that, circa CES 2015, Microsoft unveiled two entry level Windows Phones bearing the Microsoft brand; The Lumia 435 and Lumia 532.

Their names might be a little confusing but they are essentially the same device. The more powerful Lumia 532 will be coming to Malaysia and for the suggested RM 379, you'll be getting a 4" 480 X 800 display, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of expandable storage a 5MP rear camera and a 0.3MP front facing camera.

The difference between the Lumia 435 and Lumia 532 is the processing power, instead of having a dual core processor, the Lumia 532 comes with a quad core Snapdragon 200 processor. Also the device is presumably of the dual SIM variant which means you'll be able to pop in two SIM cards at any given time.

According the the Microsoft Lumia Facebook page, the Lumia 532 will be available in retailers throughout Malaysia on March 27 for RM 379 (~$103). We're not sure if this price includes the obligatory GST or maybe Microsoft will revise the prices when GST comes into play on April 1st.
