Is this the Sony Xperia Z4?
After only announcing the Xperia Z4 Tablet and M4 Aqua earlier this month at MWC, it looks like Sony will soon announce a new flagship device. The quoted Xperia Z4 gets the official render leak by reputable leaking site nowhereelse.fr and these renders show the angles of possibly Sony's next flagship device.
By all means this renders look near identical to the Xperia Z3 and given that Sony hasn't tweaked much of the design since the Xperia Z1, there is a big possibility that Sony will move on the Xperia Z4 with the similar omnibalance design. The ports and buttons all look to be in the same position as it's predecessor but the source does claim that the device will be ever so slightly narrower and thinner.
Xperia Z4 dimensions : 146.3 x 71.9 x 7.2mm
Xperia Z3 dimensions : 146 x 72 x 7.3mm
But despite the similarity in design, one thing which always change in the Xperia Z flagship line is the internal hardware. This time around with the Xperia Z4, Sony will apparently still keep the 5.2" display but the resolution might be bumped up to Quad HD resolution (1440 X 2560) and the silicone powering the device might be the new Snapdragon 810.
Other than that, the Xperia Z4 will most likely still use Sony's 20.7MP and probably some enhancements will be done to make it perform better. Software wise, the device will indefinitely come preloaded with Android Lollipop atop of Sony's custom UI.
