LG's flagship LG G4 officially arrives in Malaysia for RM 2,499
Announced back in April, the LG G4 is finally making it's way to Malaysia (officially) and you can start buying it tomorrow (4 July 2015) for a reasonable price of RM 2,499 inclusive of GST. The once heavily leaked device is LG's secret weapon to take on Samsung's Galaxy S6 and in some ways, the LG G4 is the best flagship android smartphone of the year.
The LG G4 is powered by a less power hungry 6 core Snapdragon 808 processor paired with 3GB of RAM. On the front of the LG G4 is a brand new 5.5" QHD display which is apparently brighter and produces more vivid colors, there's also an 8MP camera on the front. Moving back, we see a similar setup of buttons which has become accustomed to LG devices.
Also on the back is LG's new 16MP optically stabilized camera which has an f1.8 aperture alongside the phase detection autofocus system and the color spectrum sensor. It's also worth noting that through the official camera app, LG will allow you to take RAW images and tweak camera settings if that's your kind of thing. Now here's where the LG G4 truly differentiates itself from the flagship crowd this year, taking a jab out of Samsung, the LG G4 features a removable back, removable 3,000 battery and also a microSD card slot. Out of the box, the LG G4 has 32GB of storage and users can swap the back cover for a different look overall.
As i mentioned earlier, the LG G4 will be available for purchase in Malaysia starting July 4 (tomorrow) for only RM 2,499. At that price, the LG G4 is RM 100 cheaper than Samsung's Galaxy S6 which is a RM 2,599. For a limited time only, customers who buy the LG G4 through Zitron will receive freebies like an genuine leather quick cover case and a free battery charging kit.
