Back in August, Canon showed off the EOS 5D Mark IV camera that succeeded the ever popular 5D Mark III and today at a launch event, Canon Malaysia officially introduces the new full frame DSLR to the Malaysian market.

Compared to it's predecessor, the new EOS 5D Mark IV supports Canon's Dual Pixel AF technology and also gains 4K video recording at a 1.64x crop which essentially means that 4K videos are not full frame. Naturally, the new 5D Mark IV also gains all the cool connectivity options like NFC, Wi-Fi and GPS.

Canon Malaysia will begin shipping offering the Canon EOS 5D Mark IV in Malaysia by September 2016 for MYR 15,299 for the body only. They will also be offering models with the EF 24-70mm f/4L IS and EF 24-105mm f/4L IS lens II for MYR 18,399 and MYR 19,399 respectively. Learn more about the Canon 5D Mark IV here
