In January, Xiaomi announced their contender for the iPhone 6 Plus which is the Xiaomi Mi Note and half a year later, the high end phone from Xiaomi is finally arriving in Malaysia. Available to buy on July 28 through the company's local online store, the Mi Note itself is as expected but Xiaomi decided to exclusively bring in the 64GB model for the Malaysian market.

Mind you that the Mi Note is the more streamlined version of Xiaomi's flagship phablet, there is also a Mi Note Pro which comes with better specifications all around but the design for both devices is identical. The Xiaomi Mi Note that is coming to Malaysia will sport a Snapdragon 801 CPU, 3GB of RAM, a 5.7" FHD display, a 13MP camera, a 4MP Ultrapixel front facing camera and a non-removable 3,000mAh battery.

But what's unique about the Mi Note is not it's price to specification ratio, it's about the device's design which includes a Gorilla Glass on the front and back. The front features a 2.5D curved glass and the back is a 3D curved glass which literally bends in on the side giving it that thin factor and possibly a better grip over the device.

As mentioned earlier, Xiaomi will only be offering the 64GB Xiaomi Mi Note in Malaysia and that will be priced at RM 1,549. The device will go on sale through mi.com on July 28.
