Mark your calendars, LG will be unveiling the LG G4 on April 28th
Looks like LG is ready to unveil their latest flagship device on April 28. The invite which was sent out to members of the media clearly shows that LG will be unveiling a G series device on that date. Similar to what they did last year before the LG G3 was officially announced, it looks like LG will heavily teasing their new flagship in the weeks to come.
The launch will be simultaneously held in New York, London, Paris, Seoul, Singapore and Istanbul. Given that both Samsung and HTC held their guns during MWC 2015 by unveiling devices which were not the exciting, i am interested in seeing what LG has to offer with the G4.
Also if you take a look at the invite the background looks to be leather with some stitching, this could very well mean that LG intends to include some sort of leather stitching on the LG G4? Well, that didn't quite turn out that well for Samsung with the faux leather back on the Galaxy Note 3.
But opposing that, the leaks say another story; current renders and reports state that the device will be a little wider and features a subtle curve on the front to improve ergonomics. So, we'll just have to wait till the day itself to conclude what is official and what's not. Stay tuned for more reports and leaks on the LG G4 which is bound to start dropping like rain in the coming weeks.
