Nokia Lumia 1520 Launched, Priced at RM 2,159

Late last week, Nokia sent out invites for a 26 November launch of the Lumia 1520 and earlier today the launch took place. The Lumia 1520 was officially launched in Malaysia earlier today and is priced in at RM 2,159. Customers can pre order the device starting today at select Nokia stores. Additionally there is a pre order promo which will slash down the price of the Lumia 1520 in Malaysia to RM 1,999. Comparing the price of the Lumia 1520 in Malaysia, Nokia Malaysia has priced it very strategically because compared big phablets like the Galaxy Note 3 and HTC One max, the Lumia 1520 overall has a cheaper price. Whether customers will wan't to compromise the different OS, that would be another question. To recap the Lumia 1520 is the first big screened Windows Phone 8 device having a 6" Full HD display and it is also the first to have a quad core Snapdragon 800 processor. The 20MP Pureview branded camera on the back of the device is also on of Nokia's best offerings to date and uses the oversampling feature introduced with the Nokia 808 Pureview. In addition to that the Lumia 1520 has built in wireless charging and a microSD card slot to increase the internal storage of the device.
