When we're talking about phones in Malaysia, LG and motorola usually don't get much spotlight as these two companies are having a low profile in the tech scene here. Well, the LG G4 is still not officially available in Malaysia but you can still get it through Direct D for a quite reasonable price. Speaking of Direct D, they have just recently brought in the Nexus 6 by Motorola and they are now offering it for RM 2,199 only.

To recap, the Nexus 6 is a 6" smartphone running Google's vanilla Android experience and if you're a little adventurous you can load up Android M to this device. Besides that, it also features the Snapdragon 805 CPU, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of non expandable storage and a large 3,220mAh battery.

If you feel like these specs are a little dated compared to recent flagship devices from Samsung and also HTC, well, you're right, the Nexus 6 was released alongside Android Lollipop last October and like other Nexus branded devices in the past, it has just only made it's way to Malaysia.

DirectD says they will be offering the Nexus 6 through their online store and also their physical stores in Subang and the one along Federal Highway too! The Nexus 6 might not be the shiniest new smartphone currently available but it's your best option for Google's Vanilla Android experience here in Malaysia., well if you don't mind the big size.

For only RM 2,199 inclusive of GST, the Nexus 6 is actually quite a good deal when you compare prices with the similarly sized Galaxy Note 4. Also, if you are a DirectD member, they'll shave off RM 100 off the device making it only RM 2,099. They are also noting that this is an official model which has 1 year warranty with Motorola Malaysia.
