Samsung Officially Launches The Galaxy Note II In Malaysia

As we mentioned in an earlier post Samsung is set to launch the Galaxy Note II today and the event just wraped up. The Samsung Galaxy Note II will be available for purchase starting next friday (October 19) for RM 2299. The 3 major carriers will start selling this device also for RM1399 [DIGI], RM1368 [CELCOM] and RM 1549 [MAXIS]. The first batch of device will be lacking the multi view feature but it will get it thru an OTA software update. Lets recap the specs of the Galaxy Note II, it has a 1.6GHz quad core processor, 2GB of RAM, a 5.5" Super HD AMOLED display, 3100mAh battery, NFC, an 8MP camera and Android 4.1 Jellybean out of the box. The Galaxy Note II will also be the first mobile phone in malaysia to come with Jellybean out of the box. Users will also get a 2 year 50GB dropbox subscription with the purchase of this phone. The Galaxy Note II will come in two colors Marble White and Titanium Gray. One thing that is still unsure is wheter next year Samsung will introduce an LTE enabled Galaxy Note II since Malaysia's LTE network is expected to be launched early next year.
